confused, the numbing in my hands has also been while i am waking up and seems to go away after i get up. this has only happened on a few occasions not every day i dont know how yours works. do me a favor and type in a search engine "sleep paralysis" and let me know what you think if this maybe explains some of your hand things. i only say this because you mentioned that it happens while you wake up. i think i have had a few bouts of this paralysis myself. let me know.
my side hurts quite bad at times but sometimes goes away. i have not been able to create aany correlation to my actions and what may bring on the pain. that seems to be my major physical complaint right now. other than the fact sometimes i feel like im going insane. its tough in the morning. really weird but when i wake up every day im scared that this will be the day that i forget who i am or how to drive to work. probably too many drugs/stress. other than that ive been doing pretty good and even started playing volleyball after work once a week too try and get more exercise.
oh also by the way my new GI doc did a more specific Mono test and she said i had been recently exposed. i dont know why the incompetants before told me i didnt have it. anyhow maybe that would explain some of the feeling like sh.t and i think it can even involve your liver sometimes. lets hope, huh! but i dont think it usually lasts this long..
later, -uhoh

A friend of mine in High School got Mono. She had to have a home tutor for 6 months and she wasn't putting her body through a lot of stress to boot.

I also got tested for mono 6 months after my exposure it was negative then got tested again another 6 months later without any extra symptoms and I was positive. These tests are soooo accurate, NOT!
