I got this off of a web site. I'll post the address in the next post.

Question: Does having unprotected, non ejaculatory vaginal sex with someone who is HIV positive mean that you are absolutely going to become infected?

Answer:

No. The chances of HIV infection per incident are small, and even smaller (for the woman) if the man does not ejaculate. The chances will vary depending on many factors such as how active the virus is in the infected person, and whether either person has any broken skin or an STD. The factors which facilitate transmission of HIV for women are vaginal bleeding, pre-existing STDs, and possibly adolescence (thinner vaginal lining) and using hormonal contraceptives, since both can cause vaginal bleeding.
