Is there a way to get your CD4 level tested without going through your family doctor?

Not sure what your purpose is for getting CD4 counts. You can not use them as an indicator he health. CD4 counts will raise and lower depending on many things, from stress to having a cold or flu.

The only way that CD4 can be accuratly used is over time to chart trends and even to do that you have to establish a base line which can take several months.

If you feel that you have had an exposture to HIV, follow the CDC guildelines and get tested at 90 days.
