sore throat, pain in left armpit

i'm sorry if this question gets posted a lot.
i broke up with my girlfriend over the last month and for the first few weeks i lost it a bit. i had unprotected sex with 2 girls (twice with the first girl + 4 times with the second)
i really regret this
now, i have a sore throat and pains in my left armpit
i am terrified i have caught HIV. i could not handle knowing i am HIV+
am i probably worrying over nothing? or does it sound like i have contracted the virus?
please offer some support as i am going insane

Pain in the armpit could be tue to stress, or it could be a lymphnode that swelling fastly has compressed its capsule causing pain, can you feel a lump in your armpit pressing toward your bone cage? Your sore throat can be due to several reasons (stress, smoking, mouth breathing, bacterial, fungal or about 100 other viral infections), have it evaluated by your healthcare provider. Please note that ARS is often marked by a distinctively high fever (above 38c up to 40-41c). It usually presents itself 1-2 weeks after exposure and can last about 2 weeks, it is often marked by confusion, fatigue and malaise also. If you are concerned about your hiv status please consider antibody testing at three or more months. hope this helps

That's a lot of unprotected sex. Your odds are increased for getting infected. Make sure you test.
