Hello
Every morning when I wake up I have white patches on the tip of my tounge. Im not sure wheather its geo tounge or thrush. As the day goes on it wears away after eating and drinking. It leaves red irritated areas where it was, and is always back the next morning. If this was thrush would it act this way. And Ive had it for 3 months if it was thrush wouldn,t it get much worse.

Thrush gets bad really fast. My child had it as an infant and after two days of having it it was on the insides of her lips and aslo the tounge. If you have an injury in your mouth often the scabs will turn white due to constant moisture. My mother works for a dentist. You could have eaten something that irritated your tounge and it is taking a while to heal. Hope I helped, Jamie

Helped???? YOU Misled him, those are the classic symptoms of thrush. my friend what jamie should of told you was the "don't worry speech, but just get tested speach"!!! GET TESTED!!!
