PENIS SORE AFTER SEX

My girlfriend and I have recently stopped using condoms (after 5 months). I noticed that my penis was getting slightly sore after sex. There was no painful urination or discharge but for a few days afterwards, a slight skin irritation (no visible rash or anything) and occasional soreness in the glans, but very slight.
I was tested for all STDs and it came up negative but I still find the same reaction after sex. Is it possible that body chemistry can cause this irritation? In other words, could her natural body chemistry cause an irritation on me as a result of sex?

Thanks for your input. Even though I was told by the doctors the tests are extremely sensitive and accurate, I sometimes wonder if there is something they missed. But, as I stated, it is more of a sporadic skin sensitivity, mainly near the glans. The inside occasionaly does ache.
Anyone with similar experiences or ideas, I'd appreciate any input.

It can happen, it could be a non-candidal fungine infection (yeast). You can acidify your system by drinking 8 ounces of unsweetened Cranberry juice every day. This is also very effective in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections.
If symptoms persist go straight to the doc.
