I had insertive Sex with a legal Nevada sexworker (Protected) put on and removed correctly. Contact was very short in duration, under one minute. I've read there are no recorded cases of legal Nevada sexworkers with AIDS and that there are also no cases of transmission from them as well.
Do I need to test?

The fact that you slept with someone who is in a high risk group does not put you at risk since you used protection. If the condom didn't break there is no reason to test. Transmission occurs during unprotected sex not protected.

Sex Workers do not develope AIDS often or some strange reason so don't worry.

No need to test whatsoever.

The fact you're asking whether to get tested or not suggests you need peace of mind. Accidents do happen. There have been cases of infection even with protected sex. If you're having doubts then for your own peace of mind, by all means, get an HIV test

"There have been cases of infection even with protected sex"?
Have there? I don't think so. I've never heard of a single case. Especially not when condoms are used correctly as it was described in this situation.
I don't think there's any need to test at all and while I agree the person might be seeking peace of mind, I think the best way for him to achieve peace of mind is to realise that protected sex with a professional sex worker in a legal brothel does not require testing.
