Anyone have any thoughts on this. I licked the penis of a man with possible HIV. I only licked for about 3 seconds, but I think there may have been some dried pre-cum. Let's just say it tasted awful!!! 2 Questions - If there was pre-cum present...how dangerous is that? Second, can pre-cum taste God awful? He was drinking and smoking...so it may have been his saliva that was used as lubricant I was actually tasting....and I really mean awful.

I am willing to assume you are serious. Studies have demonstrated that drying fluids that contain HIV inactivate the virus up to 90 percent (i am quoting RMK), moreover saliva contains something that inactivates the virus down to similar percents. i'm going to be graphic: i think that licking a penis for 3 sec wouldn't be properly classified as an high risk exposure. If you had oral herpes sores and you were deepthroating him and he ejaculated right down your throat and you found it tasty and swallowed it i would be a little more concerned. If you are still concerned test at 3 months. Hope this helps.

Was I serious? Let's see - I had a flu-like illness about 25 days later (and I never read about the symptoms until afterwards). Stupid? Yes it was stupid. My life has been turned upside down and I've even been suicidal - which is very stupid.
99% of the people on this board are not only serious, but VERY serious. Please don't be so quick to judge. So unless you have first hand knowledge of a posters intent, I would think it best for you to just keep your insulting opinion to yourself.
