Ordering Your Own HIV Test

Besides your local Health Department, Planned Parenthood, eHIV test, and Home Access, how can one order their own HIV test at a lab in the US? If you go to the Quest Labs website and want to order your own (without a lab slip from a doctor) HIV test, you are referred to Home Access' website. You can call the 1-800-584-8183 place, but a HIV-1 test costs $160-something and an HIV-2 test costs something like $280! Are their any alternatives to what I have already mentioned?
