I read sweden´s Guidlines for test that was written in 1989. Test would be performed up to 6 months because of RARE cases of delayed seroconversion(if patient are negative at 3 months the patient are most likely not infected) But to eliminate this rare persons we tested up to 6 months and this was 1989!! In 1989 with the oldest test it was RARE to test positve at 6 months if you were negative at 3 months. So with the test today I wold say that you can be 99.99999 sure to not be infected if you test negative at 12 weeks.
