Numb left index finger

Just a quick question. Would a numb left index fingertip without any other numbness be a sign of HIV? Maybe late HIV?

well let me tell you that in my 13 years of being + i have never had that problem, but remember, if you are worried about your status, GO TAKE A TEST.

I know that a test is the only way but do you think that could be PN? I heard that it always starts in the feet and it is always in both hands or both feet (asymetrical). I think I remember banging it a few days ago but not sure.
