Would taking an anitbiotic delay the production of detectable HIV antibodies? I took an antibiotic (metranidozole) for three days during Week 2 to clear up bacterial vaginosis.

No. That would not delay antibody production.

Antibiotics do not affect the production of HIV antibodies. HIV is a virus and they do not effect viruses!!!
