Many of you doesn´t understand that ELISA I that was used in 1985-89(something) was not so good. You need to understand that the First test used today are updated and this was not the test used in 1985. The HIV test updates a amount of times and the third generation test have been updated also BUT still we are reffering to the Third Gneration Test. So First Gneration Elisa doesn´t mean that this was exactly the same test we used in 1985 the first generation Elisa today are updated.
