what percent would someone have of being hiv pos if they tested neg 4 times using the elisa, antigen test hiv 2 test way way past the window with ongoing symptoms, doesnt the more tests you take give u the 100% mark or can i still not be sure even with this many test

First of all - one Elisa test gives you the same accuracy as hundred Elisa Tests. Meaning you don't need to repeat Elisa so many times in order to be sure as Elisa is extremely accurate.
The only reason ONLY ONE REASON that you need to test again with Elisa, is if your first test was in window period.
Being outside window period, and being sure to be outside windwo period ONE ELISA IS AS GOOD AS 100 ELISAS.

If I had ongoing symptoms (what kind, by the way) I would start thinking about other ilnesses...
