3 months after possible exposure i have a small hard bump on the roof of my mouth. Is this common with HIV symptoms?

Hmmm, I have one on the roof of my mouth as well. Mine occured in about the same timeframe that you mention. I am not sure what it is, but I did test negative at 8 months post exposure. My GP said it look like granualization of salivary fluid which can happen. I have researche and never found anything relating it to HIV.
I have not had an oral Surgeon look at it yet but that is my nest step.

it is a very nonspecific finding, if you worry about your possible exposure why don't you test?
