EIA /ELISSA any difference

I had a test at 6 mos the paper said EIA
is that the same as ELISSA
The result said Negative No Antibodies found
Is this conclusive and are there any false negatives for this test and if there are what are the percentages.
Im asking because Im having symptoms

EIA, ELISA, ELFA are more or less the same test and have the same reliability.
Your test at 6 months was extremely accurate (read exact), as accurate as science can be.
It is extremely unlikely (read almost impossible) that you will experience ARS symptoms at more then 6 months.
Will you please share what symptoms are you experiencing? Did you talk with your healthcare provider about your symptoms? Did you take post exposure prophylaxis?
