According to Dr. Holodniy and all HIV experts in the world.
When attack with any virus, particurarly such strong virus as HIV - tha body starts producing antibodies within day or two from the attack. It is only question of not being enought at that stage to be detected by Elisa (that is why window period exist). But they are there.
FROM DAY ONE OR TWO. Do not ever think that your body is not able to produce antibodies if you are normal reasonable healthy person. Imune system works like a clock, if it didn't work like a clock or better you would be dead already from any simple virus.
Once the antibodies are there they stay for ever.
CONCERN ABOUT LOOSING ANTIBODIES.
Again according to Joel Gallant and all other doctors, only handfull of people can loose antibodies in very, very late stage of AIDS. Meaning if you can walk from your bedroom to the toilet all by yourself - than you didn't loose antibodies providing you had them there at first place.
COINFECTION AND ANTIBODIES
Majority of doctors also beleive that new coinfection with HIV and some other viruses will not stop the same production of antibodies as they have been explained erlear. They are different viruses and the body reacts equaly to both providing your imune system is intact.
In most healthy people imune system is in fact intact. The only reason when something like that comes into play is for example if one is already infected with HIV, and has compromised (weak) imune system so it delays reaction because it has been already damaged.
If in doubt read Dr. Holodniy, Joel Gallant etc.
