Does anyone know if you can tell anything from a CBC test? Do they do T-Cell counts? How about white blood counts? Would they be low in someone infected for quite a while? I have tested neg after 6 months but had a physical done recently and wonder if something weird could show up. Just curious.

You don't mention your exposure, which does not matter unless it was a clinical/occupational exposure, but a negative test >6 months is conclusive. A CBC shows only total WBC count unless differentials were ordered, but that does not matter because only an antibody test can be conclusive at this point (which, I repeat, yours was) .
So as not to confuse or worry anybody that might ask why it matters what type of exposure it was, clinical/occupational exposures are typically treated immediately with PEP (post exposure prophylaxis) which may delay the window period because it can prevent viral replication. If the replication were held in check, the immune system would have no need to produce antibodies until replication began (if it does).

Just wondering, are you a real Dr. and if so what is your degree/speciality? I assume your not a Dr. and that Dr. Bundy is your handle/username.

It does not matter in terms of HIV status. Someone with HIV can have completely normal labs, and that is why it cannot be used as a diagnostic test in regards to HIV. You had a negative antibody test >6 months which conclusively rules out infection.
