Hi- I was wondering- if there is no precum or cum or blood at all from the man, but the sex is still unprotected, is there an HIV risk at all? I don't see how b/c HIV is only in the man's semen and blood and if none is present, infection is not possible. That is, to the person having sex with this man. Please settle this. My friend and I cannot resolve this argument! We both think that we're right.

if its unprotected then you were most likely exposed to precum. Theres no way you can know.

This is not an actual situation. Assumming the man does not produce precum (some do not), is there still a risk?

Of course not, if theres no precum or cum, then theres no way one can be infected. Your friend obviously know nothing about how hiv is transmitted

As long as sex was unprotected, the risk exists. There is NO way a man can control and decide whether he will have precum or not, and a woman can NO way know if a man has precum or not, while intercourse is happening.
