Do ARS symptoms have to occur at the same time or can they happen one after another?

I think it would help if you listed your symptoms and time frames in which they occured

ok here it is

1st week - sore throat and neck pain
2nd week - sore throat and swollen glands in armpits
3rd week - swollen glands in armpits and groin and malaise
4th week - malaise, low grade fever
5th week - low grade fever and slight headaches
