I wish it had not come down to this, however, I tested HIV positive after a PCR, and EIA 1/2. It has been 5.5 months since my exposure, so therfore, you can count that 3 month rule out. I will be deceased by 4-8-02. I am getting my affairs in order, and am checking out. Thanks for all your support.

...your just saying that because you are sure that you are positive, but your not, guaranteed, no way after a neg EIA at 3 months could you have tested poz!!!!

This statement is not reflection of someone who just found out positive result on HIV test.

Interesting that you had the same tests as another poster on this board and you chose now to post this information. You didn't say when you had those tests. You didn't say which test you used when you 'found' out you were positive. You have a date when you are 'checking out' I've never heard of a doctor giving an exact date, and if you are that ill that you can't last very long, I'm surprised your doctor didn't slap you in the hospital. The only time I've heard a doctor give an exact date and even then they hedged was when I was told they didn't think my husband would live through the day. Of course his cd4 was almost non-existent and his VL was off the chart. He wasn't on meds. He had been infected for about 12 years at that time. Even then they were wrong about the date of his death. He's alive and kicking today.
People just aren't infected and drop dead without being extremely ill first. What meds has he put you on. What meds are you taking to reduce the risk of OI's. What is your CD4, What is your viral load. What OI is causing you to die so soon?
I agree with the other poster. You don't act like someone who has really received a positive result.

Did your doctor tell you the time in hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds when you are going to be "deceased"?

No, I can't leave it at this. If you are really the type of person indicated by this post, I wouldn't be surprised if you were to die by the specified 4-8-02. I doubt it would be due to HIV, however. Perhaps one of your neighbours will stab you with a dagger in the back. That sounds far more likely to me.
Your post is abominable. First of all it does sound like a sick, blatant lie. If you are to die of AIDS by 4-8-02 you must be struggling to find the right keys on the keyboard since you are certainly terribly sick. The average time of progression to AIDS is about 8-10 years without treatment. OK, let's say you are a rapid progressor. Who's your doctor? Is he one of those GESTAPO freaks? In developed countries AIDS deaths have become very rare. I have asked people both in the UK and in the US. In California, for instance, the number of AIDS deaths has reached its minimum for the 20 years of the epidemic, that's given it's a high incidence region, and the number of HIV-infected people has grown exponentially. In the era of HAART such cases are becoming exceptional. I know this, because I have spoken to many HIV-infected people and doctors.
Your post is a spit in the face of both HIV-infected people and the "Worried Well/Sick". It doesn't matter whether you are HIV+ or HIV-, although I strongly believe you are the latter. It is the 4-8-02 business that I am talking about, as well as "you can count that 3 month rule out". If I were you, I would worry more about SIV and canine viruses. You are probably not humane enough to get H-IV.

A) you don't say what tests you had (if any) at 3 months.
B) I think checking yourself out without any sort of fight or trying to live a normal life for however many years is pretty lame.
