I am so confused and scared...Recently I have had some very lite night sweating ( a few nights, then it goes away)..just around the base of my neck, and maybe a little on my chest. I feel great, am gaining weight, great appetitite, have no swollen lymoph nodes, no fever, sore throat etc.. now or ever. Is this a sign that I have HIV? I have not had any sexual contact in a year other than kissing..

There is no reason for you to worry. Night sweats are very common and so are swollen lymph nodes. Lymph Nodes can be tender for a variety of reasons: allergies, you poking at them all the time, and a localized infection such as a cut or a scrap can cause the lymph nodes to be tender...RELAX
