7 month negative or delayed seroconversion?
      #275778 - 03/23/14 02:32 AM

I had unprotected anal sex on Jan 15th 2013, I tested negative on Vidas (HIV I, II and p24 antigen) on 27th Feb 2013, negative on ELISA on 17th April and negative again on Vidas on 27th August. No sexual activity after that.

From last two months I have started feeling dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue. My GP took a CBC and ferritin test, found high eosinophil and low ferritin. Now I am sick worried that might be due to HIV as I have read on this website and many others that Hepatitis C can cause delay in seroconversion. Can that be the reason of my test being negative

I have not been tested with Hepatitis C. I am currently on Albendazole for 3 days post which doctor will do a absolute eosinophill count test. Shall I ask him to do a HIV test as well along with Hepatitis C?

Please suggest
