HSV-2 alone? Or HIV and HSV-2 Co-infection?

I'll try to make this as brief as possible but I'm scared and desperate and basically going insane... :(
Jan 24th - Unprotected sex with a woman I know small amount of oral but a lot of fingering.
Jan 25th - Took two mollies and drank alcohol along with them, which apparently destroyed my immune system.
Jan 26th - Woke up with excessive smegma (white creamy substance) on glans (uncircumcised), crust in left eye (which I know I touched during the encounter), extremely dry mouth and dry-cracked lips, and all the joints on the left side of my body were cracking and popping excessively.
Jan 28th - In the afternoon I had a strong ringing in my ears and felt a bit disoriented. PM comes around and I suddenly feel an immense heat take over my body especially in my head and neck and a sudden onset of sweating that even started dripping down my scalp and neck. Shortly after this I felt a weird pressure in my rectum and realized it has swollen nearly shut, I feel a strange pressure in my abdomen and had to exert some force to pee but no burning sensation or discharge. I also started experiencing extremely cold hands and feet. My temp was a 96.5 f, which is way low for me as I'm normally at 98.6.
Jan 28th - I start panicking and looking up symptoms and start thinking I got herpes because of the cold feet. So I go get tested for everything (obviously too early but I wasn't aware at that point).
Jan 29th - I go to urgent care and explain everything and as a precaution they treat me for ghonorrea, chlamyia, and trachomonas.
Jan 31st - I start experiencing additional symptoms like small ulcers exploding in my mouth and I notice a small white patch forming on my gums in my bottom front teeth. The swollen rectum subsided but the feeling of rectal swelling comes and goes. I'm also having muscle twitching almost all over, but especially in all my leg muscles.
Jan 2nd - Test results come back negative for everything (HIV included) except HSV-1 which came in at an Igg level of 2.73 H. So I ease my mind and think that all I'm feeling is HSV-1.
Jan 3rd and on - I continue experiencing more symptoms of herpes (I think) which include tingling in toes and hands, a whitlow starts to form on one of my fingers, and it feels like it was spreading to all my other fingers in which now I start seeing white spots under the skin that itch at times and turn red sometimes. I then realize that certain foods are triggering the itchiness and rectal swelling and by now it felt like little blisters were popping up and exploding regularly.
The thing that scares me the most is that ever since I first experienced symptoms I have lost 25lbs (10%) of my body weight and it feels like almost all the fat in my limbs especially my legs and butt have all but disappeared. I also noticed my skin complexion change to a pale tone and I can now clearly see almost all my veins through my skin. My face has also lost a lot of its fat and a little more on the left side (first side with joint cracking) than the right.
Another symptom I've noticed is my eyes are now wayyy more sensitive to sunlight, and sometimes I get a dull pain behind them, but especially in my left eye (the one with the crust in the beginning). I'm also now having trouble sleeping a full night even after supplementing with tryptophan, melatonin and valerian root. I have small white irregularly spots showing up all over my arms and shoulders and regardless of my water intake I now wake up every morning with dry cracked lips and a dry mouth and a light white coating on my tongue even though I'm using Peridex (antiviral mouthwash) every night before bed. And to top it off I have a dark spot that showed up on my tongue two days ago that has not gone.
Long story short, I confirmed that the woman from the encounter has HSV-2 but based on her Igg number she must have acquired it recently (supposedly november was her last unprotected encounter but this might be a lie as she says she got the "flu" about a week before our encounter). Her test results from testing on Feb 7th were the following:
Sedimentation Rate: 9 (mm/hr) Normal
WBC: 10.5 (k/ul) Normal
RBC: 4.6 (mill/mm) Normal
**Hemoglobin: 12.1 (g/dl) Low
Hematocrit: 39.4% Normal
MCV: 86 (fl) Normal
**MCH: 26.4 (pg) Low
**MCHC: 30.7 (g/dl) Low
**RDW: 15.4% High
Platelet Count: 339 (thousand) Normal
**LY% 14% Low
MO% 07% Normal
**GR% 77% High
EO% 0.5% Normal
BA% 0.5% Normal
RPR Non-Reactive
HIV Screen: Non-Reactive
HSV-1 Igg 3.4
HSV-2 Igg 1.0
I'm going to get retested for HIV again on monday (7 weeks and 2 days past possible exposure) and will ask for both the DNA/viral load and antibody tests, but my question is, based on my symptoms and the abnormal blood results from this woman above, does it look like she might have recently been infected with HIV and hasn't seroconverted, and that I'm feeling the effects of both so quickly because I destroyed my immune system? I know a lot of my symptoms might be herpes, or so I'm hoping, but I'm so scared that this is both an HSV-2 and HIV co-infection, I can't live in this uncertainty for months!
Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

Ok so she's slightly Anemic. Many women are. That's about all you can find out from her CBC. If regular blood work could determine things like recent HIV infection, there would be no need for antibody tests.
Fingering is not considered an activity that transmits HIV. Oral is exceeding unlikely to transmit the virus and by many is viewed more as a theoretical risk. So it doesn't sound like you had much, if any risk in the first place. Certainly nothing to cause your level of anxiety.
Symptoms are not a way to determine HIV infection. All this long list of health issues that you are tracking is doing is causing you to be hyper-aware of every little bump, ache and sniffle.
A negative result at 6 weeks or after rarely changes. Most people (close to 99%) that are infected have seroconverted by 6 weeks and will test positive on a test.

From your mouth to god's ears... I'm seriously hoping this is just a really bad primary HSV-2 infection (systemic maybe) but its just so many things at this point, I can't help but think of the worst. :-/
