I have had 3 HIV test and they have been all negative.I had one at 8 years after exposure and 2 at ten years after any exposure.I have also had 3 normal complete blood counts done in the past 3 years and and have also been tested for hepatitis b,syphilis, gonnerhea&chlymidia. However I am still worried because a guy I was with 10 years ago is now rumored to have it and I have been totally freaking out and just recently diagnosed with oral thrush which my doctor says is likely caused by the stress I have been under.Could I still have HIV and continue to test negative 8 and 10 years after exposure?

"Congratulations you are HIV negative"....quote from Doc Bob. You must forget about HIV...you have tested negative not only past the window period, but 10 YEARS past the window period. YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV.
