Condom broke, receptive

Hello. I received anal sex today from my ex. The condom broke, we only realised after we finished. He came inside me. He was tested negative in December. He has had protected intercourse since with other people. He says one guy put his penis in him unprotected, but he pushed him off and left. I believe him. There was also a speck or two of blood on wiping :-/
So, do I need pep?

That is something you need to discuss with a doctor.

As you are also a doctor, I'm sure you are aware that you have 72 hours from the time of possible exposure to get on it if that is the route you choose.

It's much easier to think logically when it doesn't involve myself. :-/
Plan for the moment is to go to the ED tomorrow morning, get a hiv test for me and my ex and see where that takes us.
