Let me try to briefly narrate all what happened to me to date.
I"m a 35 yr old gay male
On January 13th, I had a sexual encounter with a guy I randomly met. after we're done he tells me he is hiv positive!
He performed protected insertive sex on me very roughly (i bled)
later he pulled out before he ejaculated and he decided to ejaculate somewhere near my face, which lead to his semen entering my mouth and I felt it on my throat.
Some of his semen was on my chest too. His wiped his semen off my chest and without warning me, he fingered me so deep but then i pulled his finger out (which had semen on it)
I was too drunk and intoxicated that night.
The next day i realized all the foolish things that happened at started freaking out.
I managed to go on pep (Truvada) but I started it on the 5th day after the incident (jan 17th)
I'm on the pep ever since but yesterday (exactly 4 weeks after the incident) I went and got a 4th generation HIV test (ag/ab Hiv test) which came out negative.
my questions now
1- Was I at high risk with what happened?
2-I know 4 weeks is not conclusive enough for a result, but does the Truvada or any pep affect the test result?
3- does the pep suppress any ARS symptoms? coz I havent got any symptoms.
4-I got a small lump on the floor of my mouth, near the foot of my tooth, could this be a symptom? it's been there for almost 10days now and i applied anti-bacterial oral cream on it but its still there.
Can someone please help me with my questions and help out coz i'm going insane.
