Many symptoms present one month after unprotected sex

I have been living in china as a teacher for the past 5 months. Back in December I met a wealthy Chinese woman who worked for the government. We were drinking together and went to my house to have sex. She liked all 3 types of sex. I remember I wanted to wear a condom and she started crying saying she was allergic. In my drunken stupidness I went ahead without. The unprotected sex occurred on several more nights.
About two weeks after the last encounter I started experiencing headaches, back pain, and noticed some blisters on my groin. It seemed like it was genital herpes and resulted in another blister on the penis. I was devastated by this. Later when I was traveling I noticed tingling in my hands and feet while on a train, later I felt lethargic and was sweating when it was cool outside. Next I noticed large bruises on my body. I attributed this to falling while drinking. But, last symptom was a thick white coat on my tongue that could be scraped off. So, I looked up these symptoms and as you can imagine started to hyperventilate.
I know I have not been tested yet and there are others on this site who have tested negative despite myriad symptoms, but with so many common symptoms it's like there is no hope. I'd like to kill myself(I won't) not because I probably have HIV, but because of my stupidness and the impact it will have on my parents. I will probably return home instead of going back to teach and will have to leave my job and many friends behind without explanation.
Im a heterosexual white male and I noticed that on these support websites there seems to be very few stories about hetero white/Asian men who are infected. Maybe they are just ashamed or there are literally very few from this demographic. Anyways, I contribute this probable infection to my alcohol abuse while abroad and my addiction to pornography that led me to take such risks.
Right now I just feel surreal, not even devastated. I can barely sleep, but I'm very calm.

I know how you are feeling right now. I am going through the same thing with muscle pain and joint pain all over and other symptoms. Here are few things that i have learned from very nice people on this forum.
1) Dont go online and read up on HIV or its symptoms. Its just going to drive you crazy and you will think you have HIV.
2) Get tested at the end of 6 weeks for HIV and STD'S. If the result is negative at the end of 6 weeks chances of that negative turning into a positive at the end of 3 mothns is less than 5%
3) Get tested again at the end of 3 months and if that result is negative too, just go on about your life and dont worry about HIV. The problems you are having is being caused by something else.
4) Be safe next time, one night of pleasure is not worth risking your whole life for. I have learned that lesson. I got tested at 2 week because i was having lots of symptoms and came negative. I have 9 more days for the end of 6 weeks mark and i am gonna get tested again and hopefully it comes back negative.
