ARS symptoms worrying

hi All
i need advice on my exposure, ulitmately calming myself down, im 31yrs old and tested neg after 6mths of last exposure at may 2012.
below is my story
Exposure 06/1/13: unprotected oral, protected insertive virginal with sex worker in massage parlour. overseas with a temp of 7-9Deg 11/1/13. back in singapore 12/1/13. feet itchy (might be due to fungal/bacteria infections again as i had them in dec when i stayed inthe same place overseas as i was on 06/1/13.) applied dettol and was ok. 13/1/13: felt heaty (dont know is it heaty food on 12/1/13 and drinks and late night sleep) 14/1/13: feel feverish, runny nose, sneezed quite a lot of times in office. some rashes appeared resembling hives and sometimes have red spots/dots.itchy on hands and back. rashes come and go. appear and disappear. had a swollen gland under right jawline. pain when pressed. (is it due to weather change?) 15/1/13: felt better but rashes still remain. got lower backache like sprain(dont know due to packing on my last day?) no fever. 18/1/13: itching worst after drinking beer. never happen before 19/1/13: itching worst after drinking beer. same as 18/1/13. 20/1/13. back worsen after i sneeze but still wwent ahead for soccer. had to put plasters after that. wonder is it menignitis or other viral or just plain sprain? head cant bend down. body temp was around 36deg stupid like others but yet need to assure (or so i thought), search internet for information. till now rashes on off (hives and red dots), appear and disappear. temp constant 36-36.5Deg. hands cold, cannot concentrate, a little but runny nose, back pain loosen a bit, worried, stress, throat feels dry.. sounds liek ARS symptoms? ARS happen 1 week after exposure like i mentioned earlier? am i in the higly infected group? now im in my 2-3 weeks zone and always feel the next day i wake up i will be seriously till wiht fever, rashes etc. stress gives you rashes? stress makes you fatigue?
i will go for a combo duo test past 4weeks and at 31days next month.

Receiving oral sex is a only a theoretical risk. Protected sex is just that.
You have worked yourself into a frenzy over nothing.

My rashes are back. Itchy thn does not itch. Looks like hive
Possible ars rash?

Hi all
I understand when you meant no risk as its protected sex but there are chances condom might leak. Does ars rash come and go, itch and no itch? I been having them for 14-16days

Condoms do not leak and if such a thing was possible it would have leaked semen. If there had been a condom breakage you would have been aware of that at the time. You didn't mention is so it must not have happened.
Quit trying to make something out of nothing.

Hi
Sorry if I sounded rude but am really anxious about my rashes. Itchy come and go blotchy got spots. This rash is the killer that makes me paranoid. I got no other symptoms with the rash.
So pardon me for my offensive harsh approach

The point is that any discussion of symptoms is immaterial.
The material part is that you used a condom and had protected sex.
