I have a very serious question If somebody who is HIV positive licks a scratch of HIV negative person. Can this transmit the disease? I mean is it possible for the saliva of hiv positive person to transmit the virus if it touches a bloody scratch of HIV negative person?

Studies have shown that Saliva actually inhibits HIV's ability to infected. It has properties that kill the virus. This is now why Oral sex is not considered anymore than a theoretical risk.
This was not a risk.
