Needle prick

Hey , i have a really big question , on december 3 2012 i recieved a needle prick in school guy were doing jokes and i didnt know they were giving hand shakes with the needle on the hand and someone gave me a hand shake and pricked me , now is january 3 one exact month from that and today when i woked up i had headache , when i move my eyes my headache hurts , i dont have sore throat thought , but i kinda have fever , i feel hot in the head , is this a sign of hiv  i am really scared Btw i forgot to say , they were using the little needles that people use to sew clothe holes and the needles that are used to hold paper in the bulletins !! It was not a injection needle , so no blood may be inside !

Thank you ashley , btw i got a little more question i know this is only a hiv forum but could you please help me ........ By this encounter with needle pricking can i get other stds as sifilis , chlamydia , herpes , hepatitis , or al the stds die within second of leaving the body like hiv ? Thank you !!
