Need help with HIV test

So basically I had protected vaginal intercourse and received unprotected oral intercourse from a female of unknown status.
5 weeks and 3 days, I tested myself with a home HIV test kit. About 10 minutes after doing the test, only the control band was present which indicates that the test is negative. The instructions say to interpret 10-15 minutes after the test.
However, I went to do something and came back later (about and hour) and had discovered some red stains that had travelled along the test. I was just wondering if these stains could possibly indicate a positive test? The test has 3 lines, one control band at the top, a band of HIV-2 and a band for HIV-1 at the bottom.
Here is a link of a photo of my test

Here is what a positive test SHOULD look like:

Also, is a 5 week 3day negative test a good indicator of status? The test was a antigen-antibody-antigen sandwich test (so 3rd generation?) test.
Any input would be helpful

Sounds like those old pregnancy tests where one was never quite sure they were reading it right.
1) You didn't really have a risk. Receiving oral, considered a theoretical risk. There are no confirmed cases of transmission from receiving a blow job.
2) Any negative is good, but if this had been an actual risk you would have wanted to wait until 6 weeks at least and a final confirmatory test at 3 months. Which if your 6 week is negative should also prove negative.
3) If ever unsure of a test result get one done at your doctor's or a clinic. Most AIDS service organizations (ASOs) do testing and education so you can also get in touch with them for testing.

if you're unsure about your HIV status (regardless of the risk), why don't you go and test with a *real* test? go to a laboratory or your doctor, get a blood draw and take an Elisa. Nowadays all labs in Europe (I am in Europe) use a 4th generation test. If you're in America (and I mean North, Central or South America), you will get at least a 3rd Generation Elisa.
If this was your only risk, expect a neg. result.
