Accuracy of pcr dna with antibody after 6 weeks - insertive oral

Forum, I have asked this a couple of places but somewhat different answers. I had a happy ending which include a few seconds of oral.
Since I have had fatigue, fever, tingles- 3 weeks
Then loss of appetite at 4 weeks and progressed to muscle aches and joint aches-
Had full std panel at 6 weeks including pcr dna and 2 antibody tests - negative
Thought I was safe due to the low risk and negative tests but anxiety is getting the best of me.
Still no appetite - now at 11 weeks or 5 weeks after it started, other symptoms mostly gone. A little tired and some weird tingles but otherwise ok.
What are the forums thoughts on my risk? And my test results? Am I ok? Other ideas on what it could be?

Like you said, the anxiety is getting to you . That says it all my friend. But if it makes you more secure you can always keep testing .

Thank you River... I so hope you are right. Besides my low risk, any comments on the accuracy of my pcr DNA test and my antibody test at 6 weeks? I am testing again in 7 days - at 12 weeks- but hard to think as it gets closer, I thought I was done with the 6 week negative but each day I get more anxious like trying to dodge two bullets

so a girl sucked your penis for a few seconds and you tested with a PCR DNA + Elisa at six after this extremely low risk for HIV infection. Your results were negative, so that means you're in the clear.
You can test at 13 weeks for your mental health but not because I think your result will change, it won't.
There are however, other STIs that are way easily to transmit through insertive fellatio that you should consider to test for, specially if symptoms are present:

Why don't you try going to see a general doctor and see if your low in iron . Perhaps you need some b12 . It's not an Hiv issue but your feeling runned down for other reasons. Pluss stress can drain the body qickly and cause soo many aches and pains. I wish you the best

Thank you so much- I know I sound silly, at first I was not this crazy, it came after weird symptoms.
had a full std panel as well at 6 weeks. All negative. Hsv 1,2 hep a- c, gc, chlamydia and syphillis but I know it is early.
Appreciate the comments - any input on the pcr at 6 weeks accuracy?

muscle aches and joint aches are not symptoms for any STDs,you need to relax yourself,and don't be so anxiety.If you still feel a little tingles,wait some more days and clean your penis everyday.
Take another test later.

Ok... So I know I have HIV OCD. I tried to keep relaxed and enjoy the holidays but I find myself back here searching for additional information to make me feel like my tests are accurate or even better that I am not going to be the first guy who got a hiv from a bj. But I have lost all self control and logic - I really do not want to be that WW guy.
So my follow up questions - for any one who can help me.
1. has any one ever seen an female hiv + to male bj transmission
2. has any one heard of a pcr dna + antibody negative test switching after 6 weeks? (41 days) - or seperately switching?
I think the answers are no to both ... Working up courage for my 12 week test in 2 or 3 days - or I hope
