Is it stress or am I infected

I had sex with an escort about 6 months ago. I fingered her and she smelt real bad. I then had oral and sex with her with a condom. The condom was Intact after I pulled out. I don't think it tore.
I am circumsized. A day later I was itching all over for like a week.
I have been really anxious and under stress. I have acne which worsened. 3 months later the marks started turning brown.
And I developed folliculitus.
My gf has off late started having dizziness, yeast infection which has recurred and has bloated up.
Our relationship has been going through a lot of stress. Too much anxiety and emotional stress for us. We want to get married. But am very worried about this episode.
Is it because of stress or infection.
Pls helppp!!

I met my GF post this encounter. I really love her & dont want to put her at risk.
Getting her tested for UTI.
Do you think am at risk for HIV?

you used condom both for oral and vaginal (which is the right thing to do! many people don't care about unprotected oral), therefore you had no risk.
