Hello. Two nights ago I was at a concert dancing and having fun when this girl came up to me. We started dancing together (intimately) and then she turned around and we started to makeout. We were making out for about 20min or so when someone bumped into us and her teeth dug into my lips and cut my mouth (I am not sure if I cut her lips but I think that I must have). I dont know who she was, her name, or anything about her. Before this happened she also took my hand and stuck it down her pants and she wanted me to finger her... I didnt want to but I did for about 5min or so. I had cuts on my fingers from dry skin and just random stuff (the cuts were dry and not actively bleeding at the time but were still red and no new skin formed over them). I AM SERIOUSLY FREAKING OUT that I might have contracted hiv! Other information is that I am a white seventeen year old male and she was a white (alleged) sixteen year old girl. Should I be freaking out because I cant even sleep, should I get tested?

You have nothing to test for. HIV isn't transmitted in the manner you described.

Even if both of our lips were cut? Can some other people please respond I would like as many opinions as possible.

I have a feeling that it's not going to matter how many tell you that your ok , so may I suggest you just get tested. It's simple easy , and can be even free of charge at your local health dept. And most importantly it'confidental. All I ask is that you try not to get caught up with some girls stupid behavior. I know your young and it just happened but be smart from now on and think .

riverprincess you read my mind lol. I am a lot more calm now that I have heard I cant contract HIV this way but I still dont understand why not? Shouldnt an open cut on an open cut on the mouth transmit the disease? Plus I wont get mixed up with girls anymore lol i have learned my lesson after this scare, thats for sure.

Trust me, even if the girl was promiscuous I doubt a 16 year old herosexual teenager would carry the HIV virus at that point. And the situation you're describing doesn't sound like you were in a high truly risk, carry on, god bless you.

Hey Grams , One would like to think that 16 year old aren't likely to carry this virus , but you have many born with it and the young " ladies " nowadays are sadly totally out of controll. In spite of age catagories, always use caution . Don't worry Snap your still in the clear but I just had to correct Grams status .

I highly doubt that young ladies are more out of control than they have been in other generations, say the 60's or 70's. Personally as long as 16 year old girls are using condoms and protecting themselves, I think they've very much in control.
