An Internet Hoax???

Folks,
Why even debate whether or not INFECTED's case is a hoax or not? This is the internet ... I'm sure the majority of information posted on this forum (and on any other message board out there for that matter) is outright false, misleading, or full of half-truths!!! Its unfortunate ... but that's what the annoynmity of the web creates (hell even INFECTED admited to have fibbed several times on the board and in e-mailed questions to the experts).
Personally, I think there are many elements of INFECTED's story that don't make sense ... in fact I really question it myself (its rather "fairytalish" to be sure). But ultimately none of us will ever know, and that is all we do know ... so lets get over this and move on.
While we'll never be able to discern a legitmate concern or story from one that is not ... we should really try to treat each posting as genuine (for those that are, they really need the help).
