I have had multiple symptoms of hiv over the last three and a half months, although I don't recall any of them happening together. (tiredness, oral ulcer, joint pain, small swollen lymph nodes in neck and on one side of groin, lymph nodes also showed up at different times - they also change sizes during the course of the day.)
Do symptoms occur spread out like this?
Any input would be greatly apreciated

No. Symptoms of ARS are not spread out, hence the use of the word ACUTE. Meaning symptoms happen quickly, all at once and then they are gone. CHRONIC symptoms as you have described are not customary.
Since your perceived exposure was over 3 months ago, I would suggest getting tested. Any result at this point is conclusive.
