POSSIBLE EXPOSURE?! NOT SURE WHAT TO DO? PLEASE HELP

So I'm 19 years old and I hooked up with a 30 year old today. So we: 1. Made out almost the whole time 2. He gave me oral and there was a lot of saliva and I came in his mouth. I DID NOT give him any oral or place my mouth near his dick. I spit on it an stroked it.
I am very worried that I now have HIV because of this possible contact with precum. He licked his hand and began then stroking his penis while we kissed. And then he did it again so by him touching his penis with possible precum on it and then licking his hand again could I have gotten infected while kissing him?
He did not cum and he did not seem close. Just hard.
My question is: IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE EXPOSURE? He says he is not HIV positive but sometimes people do not know they're infected and it was a an internet hookup.
Is there any possible exposure in what I have described?
PLEASE HELP. SHOULD I GET TESTED?

Ok so if I tell you that you had no risk are you going to believe that?
Number one: Whooo made out almost the whole time. So what? Number two: Coming in his mouth put HIM at RISK, not you. There has never been a confirmed case of transmission from Getting a blow job.
There is no need to worry about pre-cum. What environment factors didn't destroy, Salivia would have. Not only does it not contain HIV that can be transmitted, salivia has been shown to actually inhibit the virus.
Bottom line: Even if he was HIV positive, you were not at risk.

Not that you shouldn't get tested anyhow,
getting tested is always the smart thing to do. Don't be stupid about these things. Asking an online forum if you were at risk isn't going to change anything. Always assume you're at risk if you honestly don't know the truth.

Wait, so what is your stance in this? It is just precum that I had not directly from his dick. But I plan on getting tested

If you were HIV positive, you would have put the guy at risk (albeit a low one) by coming in his mouth. Do you know your status?
Receiving a blowjob (your case) would present a risk for HIV if evident blood was present in your partner's mouth. This seemed not the case.
If you want to reduce the odds to zero, wear a condom. Another STIs are easier to transmit than HIV:

Okay I understand. But is the action of him licking his hand and masterbating his penis while we kiss and then using that same hand that may have had precum to lick his hand (putting precum in HIS MOUTH) again to jack and then ME kissing him put me at risk? That is what worries me.

so he took precum from his penis, put it in his mouth and then he kissed you. the precum was exposed to the air and HIV is a virus very fragile. I think you're worrying here way too much.
of course, if you're still concerned, then go to test.

Well I'm not saying he took precum from his dick. He licked his hand to moisten his dick to jack it and there may have been a bit of precum while he was jacking it when he licked his hand again. So there may have been precum residue although he said he doesn't precum a lot. So what do you think now? Still a big risk? And the cum would have been in contact with saliva and the air.

First of all, there is no "nice" way of saying this....but here goes.
HIV is a VERY SERIOUS DISEASE!!! You should be getting checked if you're really THAT worried. You should be getting checked regardless. By what you're describing in this post, you're really at no risk. Once airborne...the virus is dead.
To me it doesn't seem like you want to listen to anything thats been said.
Again, if you're concerned...GET TESTED!!!

not at all. a big risk would be unprotected anal sex.
however, as I said before, if you're concerned, go to test.

So then once the virus is out of the body it automatically dies? If the was any it would have been exposed to the air and then saliva in his mouth.

Right. Air and Saliva. Two deadly items to the virus.
