hey guys so even though i've had a negative oraquick at 4.5 months post exposure I'm sitll very anxious about the way the sides of my tongue looks. Here's what it looks like when the bright LED is shining on it. You can't see the slight white marks if the LED light is not on them, but I'm wondering if this is showing mild OHL starting to develop? Or is it the skin of the tongue just being shown brightly because of the light. Once again this does not show when there is no light highlighting them. Should I make an appointment or is this something not worth the visit?

You can't get a diagnosis by Internet. Go to a dentist or ENT doctor to see what you have.
What was your exposure?

OK so?
Let review. You have tested negative well outside the 3 month window period. Your partner tested negative. Thousands of people have tongue issues and have NEVER been exposed to HIV.
The conclusion. You don't have HIV. See a doctor about your tongue if it bothers that much.
