Hi everyone , sorry to bother again . I was once told by dear kicker and riverprincess that my 3 months result is conclusive , thank you very much with my best wishes , and I'm sorry I have bother you again . Some new situation make me nervous again . I was born with HBV , which make me always worry about my window period and my immune system . I had a traffic accident a few days ago which need an operation . Get ready for that I took a series tests including a HIV test , and I I cannot stop myself to require a immune system test , the result make me sad . My CD4 is only 400 and CD4/CD8 is 0.62 , NK 26.6% ,I don’t know whether it have any relationship with my treatment in the hospital for my traffic accident , or my HBV problem . I haven't take the HBV PEP for 5 years and my concern is , with such a weak immune sys , can I believe my last HIV antibody test for the operation as 169 day mark . And is the low CD4 and CD4/CD8 shows an autoimmune disease ? (I'm 27 yrs , this is the first time I check my immune sys)

A single CD4/CD8 count does not say much, that's why HIV positive people take this test every 3 or 6 months to see if there's a real change.
If you have a concern about your numbers I would suggest you to see an immunologist.
Good luck.

Thank you . Can I believe the 169 days' negative is conclusive in this case ? Or will it be conclusive after 6 months' negative ?

3 months is the standard window with current 3rd and 4th generation tests (in countries like France, the window is even shorter - six weeks). Testing out of 3 months is enterily up to you. I would do it only in case of unexplained and persistent symptoms or if adviced by a Doctor.
