Dear all, as you see in all my dramatic post, i decided to get retested this morning, 3 hours waiting. I ask for an elisa but they didn t have it here, so it was a gpa screening test, it came back negative, not a surprise for you, and a reliefed for me as i thought that i was positive, due to my buzzy simptomes, dry cough and more> The doctor just told me to get a new test at 12 weeks, what do you think about that? I just found on google that gpa screening are used like elisa, in thailand or asia> Anyway i have to find other disease now cause it s not due to hiv> stress canmake you crazy

Hi again, i have another questionS, i m negatif at 5 and 6 weeks, but as inm not in europe as they do the elisa combin or duo which are reliable a 6 weeks after exposure. Mine was jus an normal anti hiv gpa screening Test. 3 month i guess to be reliable. Would it means that seroconvertion still can occure up to 8 weeks, why those test can t detect antibodies before 3 month?

again, you were not at risk. the tests do detect antibodies before 3 months. they detect antibodies at any given point. it's just that it can take the body up to 3 months to develop antibodies, but most people develop antibodies by weeks 4-6.
but stop backtracking. you already moved on. it's not HIV. you were not at risk. stop coming back and asking the same questions.

Thanks you, but 4 to 6 weeks, so as i did at 6, maybe it was to early no? Like 6 weeks 42 days means it could positive by 43 or 45 days or even later no? As it s not a duo test or elisa combined, delay is three month that means it can t see any antibodies before 3 month?

Juxl, could you please answer this honest question. What is it you are hoping to achieve by coming here and denying any of the information given to you?
From where I stand, it overwhelmingly seems that you don't want to hear any good news, that you want to be positive. And before you get your tail feathers in a ruffle, what other possible explanation do you give to someone who wants to argue facts.
Here they are again in plain simple English:
YOU DIDN'T HAVE A RISK
YOU TESTED WITH A SENSITIVE TEST THAT TURNED OUT NEGATIVE
YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS REPEATEDLY
