Swollen lymph nodes

Hello everyone,
I have had a relatively low risk exposure about 7 weeks ago, and since then have done several tests including DNA/PCR,DUO and rapid HIV TEST,all came back negative. Though my worry is I have had a couple of swollen lymph nodes in the groin for at least 2-3 weeks now, they do not hurt and are about 1.5 cm big.The thing is I don't seem to have any infections and thus shouldn't have this problem. This makes me very anxious about accuracy of those HIV tests I took. If anyone can clarify if this can be a sign of HIV that would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi - unless a doctor has determined that you have swollen lymph nodes, do not assume that is what it is. It could be lots of other things. Also - to have a negative result 7 weeks in is extrememly promising. You have nothing to worry about at all. I would stop looking into symptoms and move on. Anyway - symptoms would have shown up in 2-4 weeks...not 7 weeks later. Take it easy and relax. All is good. :-)
