frottage and brief penetration

Please help! I'm very worried. Here are the details: I'm a 28yrs old male and 6 weeks ago I was grabbing and kissing a female stripper. She got excited and started masturbating me...then there was some frottage 10secs and next thing I knew she was sitting on my penis (non circumcised). My penis was inside her vagina with no condom for 4-5 seconds (I felt she was wet), I pushed her back, took my keys and left. A couple of days later I developed a sore throat, low fever 99-99.5, fatigue, and night sweats. I went to the doctor 1 week after the exposure and he told me I had a sinus infection, gave me antibiotics and sent me home. 2 weeks later, the symptoms were still there. 4 weeks after the exposure I took the oraquick test and came negative. I had no rash, no white spots in my mouth but the fatigue and my trhoat were driving me crazy. I went back to the doctor on week 6 and evidently I had mono... they couldn't say how long ago. I was told to wait another 8 weeks to take the hiv test again.
I did not know the girl ... I'm freaking out
Are these the hiv symptoms?
How accurate is a test (oraquick or rapid test) 4 weeks after the exposure?
Do I need to take another test?

you need to take another test at 3 months from this incident for a reliable result. given that your exposure was very short and that you tested negative at 4 weeks, I expect you to be fine.
