i had a sex with a csw in thailand.on july 10 2012 .initially we both had shower with out touching each other. then she put condom on my penis and given some soft oral sex on my condom covered penis for less tha a minute.and i sucked her nipples of that girl her age may be around 28 years and may be she is not lactating and also i dont have any bleedings or sores in my mouth. and i did vaginal intercourse with the same condom and i finished with in less than a minute.i think she had used some lubricant which i have nt seen wether oil based or water based so iam very confused about the healthiness of the condom after intercourse ans also i have not seen wether it is broken or not. i removed my penis and she removed condom with her hand. now iam very scared of contracting any hiv or any stds to me because i dont know the status of her.and does i need to test for hiv and stds. so please help me iam scared to death as iam married and have small kids

I don't see anything that would suggest that you have been infected. The condom protected you from being infected. And licking her nipple did not pose any risk. Unless she was lactating and you really latched on and was breast fed by her like a baby, you are at no risk of getting infecting.
If it eases your mind, go ahead and get tested. But expect a negative.

You should learn about HIV and what constitutes as risks and what isn't. Then find a priest or therapist to deal with your supposed guilt over cheating on your wife. Then move on. There is nothing anyone can say or do for you here. It's all on you to find a means of coping. Education of HIV will help but outside of that nothing here will help you.
You know a quick fix is what got you here, why do you expect a quick fix will get you out? Take responsibility of your actions and learn from them. Good luck.

thanks for replying. but try to understand my feelings. because i never had done any sexual activities so it makes me feared about hiv or other stis.iam trying to control my fears but it takes a time for me to to cope up with the consequences. but this 3 month long duration of window period is very difficult for me as iam feeling them as 30 years.
i pray god to give me energy for that. anyways thanks a lot for you all for giving responses to my questions.

First sir please dont touch your wife sexually until you get tested. Did this young lady have her own condoms? If the condom was expired or punctuared in any way you run the risk of contracting any STD. You will have to get tested and please never do that again because you don't know what peoples intentions are especially if she is laying down with every man she comes in contact with. My friend think about your loving wife and your beautiful kids the next time you have sexual urges and you will be just fine because you won't do it. Go get tested!

thanks for replying. the condom was not brought by the lady. we have purchased from the hotel where we had intercourse.the lady was very curious about her health and she initially put the condom in the begining only and was taking care during oral and vaginal course. and also i didnot touched any other parts of her body except her nipples and did vaginal intercourse and i never had any sexual relations with any one except my wife.so iam very much scared.

1) hepatitis -c : result : negative
