first time Protected Sex with call-girl... anxiety

This past weekend I had protected sex with a call-girl. It was the first time I have ever done something like that. In my dumb, drunk mind I thought it would be exciting. Since I had sex with her I have been nothing but anxious and scared that I contracted a disease. The following things occurred during our encounter:
1. Two different periods of vaginal penetration. A new condom both times.
2. Oral sex (with condom on)
3. My finger entered her vagina for a split second (unprotected) and I removed it immediately.
This happened 3 days ago and I already had tests completed today (all STDs known to man). I know it is too early for HIV. I will be taking an HIV test in the next 2-3 months.
Am I worrying too much? What is my risk of infection. I cannot believe I did something this stupid and can't stop thinking about it.
In need of some guidance.

Im a male 25yrs of age. I did my last unprotected sex December 2011, and now it's already July 2012. I haven't done any test because Im working onboard merchant ships travelling around the world. My last unproteted sex with a CSW was terrible... 4mins oral sex and 3mins undprotected sex, I have feeling of sore throat 2days after intercourse and fever only lasting 2days... After that headaches but I can't remember how often because it's wayback december and I can't remember all what have happened to me. Now my only concer is that I don't know if my lymph node is normal at this time but when Im pressing it, and I've began assessment on it on my own, I'ts a bit enlarged but I don't really know.
I asked my colleagues if there is any sign of enlargement on what they see on my lymph node at the neck and they said, they're just "EQUAL" meaning maybe I just speculated that it enlarged but actulally "NO" I have skin rash but maybe it's just natural.. Maybe heat rash... That's my only concern..
Any of you guys can help me with this, need feedback right away because the only medication I have here is "faith". I have to be tested by end of my contract this november because I can't while i'm here onboard ship becasue of some reasons like it's not accessible always for doctors and we don't have any..
Guys help me please... thanks I've been all day waiting for answers because now it's our only time to have internet access..

Sounds like you did everything thing right as far as using protection. I think this is a no risk situation, But if it helps your axiety get tested.

Thank you for the recent reply. It really means alot to me.
I realize it probably doesnt make a difference. However, here are some other things which occurred during my encounter.
1. She provided the condoms. Is this commonly dangerous?
2. She went into the bathroom both times to get a new condom. That is where she kept her things so i didnt think it was a very big deal. Although, in retrospect I should have removed my things from the bathroom before she arrived in the room. I didnt really have anything too sensitive in the bathroom, but whatever.
3. She used her mouth to put the condom on me both times. Is this a generally dangerous method of application in this situation (disease / condom damage)? I didnt feel any teeth as she did. It seemed like it went on alright.
