So is hiv from surface cut to cut more theoretical than what really happens?

I've also found a doc who thinks that hiv is possible from deep tissuse wounds and not surface wounds?

I'm basically looking for confirmation that it's more of deep tissue thing and not a surface thing that spreads HIV.

HIV is not transmitted via surface scratches, paper cuts, handshaking, kissing, casual contact, surface to cut, etc. HIV is transmitted by sexual intercourse, needle sharing, mother to child, and blood transfusion. Visit the HIV 101 section on this site or the CDC website. Looking at forum posts from people that believe Elvis is still alive is not a reliable source of information. How to tell if a post is factual or not the ones giving accurate information are the ones pointing you to fact based information on official sites rather than other individuals that feel the same way they do.
