From my understanding...
1. Risk of HIV infection while using a condom no matter where the penis is put is extremely low.
2. Getting sucked by someone with out a condom also has an extremely low risk. Even if the person has cuts in the mouth, it would take a lot to transmit the virus.
3. Getting semen on the leg, particular where a cut is also presents an extremely low risk. Only way I can think you could get infected that way is if you had a fresh, open wound. In that case, you would know that you got cut.
4. It is essentially almost the same as question number 2, except risk would be even lower, and number 2 risk is already extremely low.
I am not a professional in this field, but from what I have been researching (because I have a bit of a scare too), HIV is a very fragile virus and is actually somewhat difficult to transmit. Anybody please feel free to correct me if I am wrong about that because I am still learning too. I took an "oraquick" test earlier this week at the local community health clinic, it came back negative but I may go back in a couple months or so to be sure. When I was waiting for results, the lovely girl that was helping me with the testing process explained a lot about HIV. She said that the virus doesn't survive very well outside the human body. She also mention that when a person has cuts in the mouth and the saliva gets into other people, it still takes a extremely high concentration of blood in the saliva to have any HIV infection risk. I guess the person would have to appear to have nothing but blood in the mouth in order to put others at risk with sexual activities that you mentioned in your post.

If a condom is used and it doesn't break, then there is no HIV risk..
I believe there are 0 recorded HIV transmissions from RECIEVING oral sex.
1, You would know if there was a cut on your leg. 2, your body begins forming a protective barrier over cuts and scrapes.. Unless you just cut your leg then this is probably super unlikely as well.. Also, HIV really cannot live outside the body for very long.
Saliva isn't a valid way to transmit HIV.
You're completely fine.
