Sex at Asian Massage Parlor

Hey guys, I appreciate the help for this. I recently went to an Asian massage parlor and I had a small cut on my ball sack from trimming 2-3 days before. The masseuse performed a 20 second protected oral sex and then on to protected vaginal sex with the same condom. I have several questions concerning HIV and STDs.
1) Can I get any infection from that small 1mm cut or has it healed?
2) The condom covered 3/4 of my uncircumcised penis and I don't think she put it on properly, is there a chance I get an infection from that?
3) I also ejaculated in her vagina with the condom on, will that affect any chance as well?
4) Are there any STDs that have symptoms right away after intercourse? I feel like my stomach hurts.

no HIV risk.... possibly another std risk of those std's which simple contact is a mode of transmission.. get an STD panel for assurance
