I'm really worrying about a choice I made yesterday. I was about to have sex with a sex worker. As I was going in the condom broke. I immediately pull out. Now I'm worrying if she was HIV positive that I might of caught it. Is being about to 24 hrs. Do I still qualify for ppe treatment? I been trying to contact clinics around here but they said I can't talk to a doctor till next week. Should I just go to a hospital? Thank you.

There is no reason for any tx. There was no real penetration for you to worry about. Just think about the choices you make next time.

PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) is effective if you start within 72 hours after exposure. the sooner, the better.
having said that, a condom break, while it is a risk, I don't think the risk is significant enough to warrant PEP. usually it's reserved for occupational exposures or unprotected sexual encounters with those who are confirmed positive. but it's up to you. your risk was very, very low, as in 5 out of 10,000.
