Can eating food that had some dandruff from a HIV positive person cause HIV infection. I am really worried that something that I ate may have been contaminated by such. I know it sounds funny but I am really concerned. Please help if possible.

Nope, that is not possible.
HIV is only transmitted by direct exposure to specific Body Fluids.

skin cells does not contain HIV so don't worry..

why you may actually be worried about this i am not sure but i think if you were really concerned that you would have done some research on the subject before coming here and asking such a ridicules question
